Anne Shannon, Principal, HR Talent Source, Inc.
Anne Shannon has been a Principal with HR Talent Source, Inc. since early 2016. The business had been led by Rosy Coe since 2002 in Bellevue, Washington.
Prior to partnering with Rosy at HR Talent Source, Inc., Anne was the senior HR lead consultant for ANNESWERHR, LLC. Anne consulted, advised, and guided leading companies and their management teams with broad, strategic HR support. Her specific HR and Recruiting experience spans more than 30 years at the senior leadership level.
Her key areas of focus entailed applying specific emphasis in talent management including executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational development, succession optimization, and workforce planning. She provided leadership in Total Rewards through compensation, benefits, incentives, and rewards.
With a career history in global human resources with companies that include Starbucks, Amazon, Colliers International, and BECU, her expertise in HR strategies was attained from a variety of industries including consumer products, technology, real estate and development, and most recently, financial services. She now demonstrates her versatility in applying HR disciplines to the staffing and recruiting environments. Anne holds a BA in Sociology from Western Washington University and a Presidents and Key Executives MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rosy Coe, Principal, HR Talent Source, Inc.
The original founder of HR Talent Source, Rosy has more than two decades of experience in the recruitment field with extensive experience in the placement of human resource professionals. Crossing most industries, her experience has predominantly been in the telecommunications, banking, software, medical, pharmaceutical, biomedical, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, construction, nonprofit, and services fields to name a few.
Prior to establishing HR Talent Source, Rosy founded Human Resource Alternatives (a division of CDI Corporation), where she grew this specialty niche division to be one of the most profitable divisions they had. She was responsible for all the business development and senior level human resource placements, as well as directing all office operations. Rosy began her career while working with a national temporary service. She started in recruiting then moved to sales, where she was recognized year after year with the highest awards for sales in the nation. Finally, she established a sales training position in a four-state region training new and established sales representatives.
Rosy was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco. Having lived and traveled internationally, Rosy has a multicultural outlook and perspective. She is multilingual, speaks French fluently, and has a working knowledge of Hebrew.
Janice Montgomery, Managing Director
Janice Montgomery joined HR Talent Source, Inc. in 2021 as Managing Director based in our Los Angeles, California office leading the Sales Division.
Janice has a proven track record of excellence in sales, sales management, customer service and customer success. Her well-rounded perspective brings many dimensions to our sales recruiting services resulting in getting the best match for these opportunities. Janice uses her consultative and organizational skills to add personable high-level service for her clients and candidates.
Prior to joining HR Talent Source, Inc. Janice spent over twenty-five years in computer software sales managing mid-tier, Fortune 500 companies and AM Law 100 firms. Her experience ranges from inside and outside sales, B2B, B2C, SAAS, consulting and sales management for companies such as Baker & Taylor Software, CyberMedia, OpenText (Guidance Software), X1 Discovery and RVM Enterprises, Inc.
Janice is passionate about helping people and effectively identifying the best possible candidate for the role. Once you’ve worked with Janice, you’re family. She will always be there to support your needs, whether you are a returning client or new candidate.
Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending time with her adult son and daughter, trips with friends and cooking.
Janice studied Occupational Health at California State University of Northridge.
